1. Subscription and Membership Requirements

1.1. The resources provided by EONZ may only be used with students enrolled at the subscribing school.

1.2. The subscribing school must have current consent to assess the appropriate unit standard(s) before using any associated assessment resource(s).

1.3. The school must maintain an active EONZ membership for the duration of the subscription.

1.4. The school must subscribe annually to continue using the resources.

2. Usage and Modification Restrictions

2.1. The assessment questions within the resources must not be modified.

2.2. If a school wishes to alter any assessment questions, the modified resource must undergo pre-moderation again before use.

2.3. Schools may combine resources or change the order of questions within a resource, provided the integrity of the assessment remains intact.

3. Compliance

3.1. Schools must ensure compliance with these terms and conditions at all times.

3.2. EONZ reserves the right to review resource usage and compliance.

3.3. Non-compliance with these terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the resources.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All resources provided by EONZ remain the intellectual property of EONZ and are licensed for use under these terms.

4.2. Resources may not be distributed, shared, or used outside the subscribing school.

5. Amendments

5.1. EONZ reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as required.

5.2. Schools will be notified of any changes to these terms before the renewal of their subscription.

By subscribing and using EONZ Unit Standard Assessment Resources, the subscribing school acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
