Provider Workshops

This workshop looks at the practices and strategies needed to foster strong, collaborative partnerships with schools, ensuring clear communication, understanding of shared responsibilities, and effective health and safety management in Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC) settings.

who is this PLD for:

This is the first time we are running this programme, and as such, we are offering this pilot workshop free of charge. In return, we ask participants to provide feedback and suggestions to help refine and improve future sessions.

This workshop has been designed specifically for providers working with schools, this workshop offers real-world examples, engaging discussions, and take-home resources to strengthen partnerships with schools.

 

What is covered in this workshop:

By the end of the workshop, you will:

  • Unpack the shared responsibilities outlined under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.

  • Learn good practices for clear communication and collaboration.

  • Explore practical tools to support strong partnerships.

  • Gain clarity on roles, supervision expectations, health management, and legal considerations.

No, we are not planning to record this workshop as it involves discussion and interaction that can only take place if everyone is online together.

Yes, providers can register more than one participant if space allows. If possible it is ideal to have more than one person there so that you can work together to implement the ideas in your organisation.
