Developed by the EONZ kaiārahi in a collaboration with her counterpart from Home Economics, the material relates to Home Economics AS 2.4 and has been designed to run alongside something you are already doing in your Outdoor Education class, would suit Yr 11/12 but could easily be tweaked to be used in junior programmes.
