Senior Outdoor Education Assessment Standards Survey

Attention secondary schools. We need your help. 

This is an important notice for all schools that run SENIOR-LEVEL OUTDOOR EDUCATION PROGRAMMES.

 

Outdoor Education has a voice in the National Review of Achievement Standards (RAS). Education Outdoors NZ (EONZ) is leading the conversation on the national working party for the RAS.

Your completion of a short survey about any senior-level Outdoor Education programmes your school offers will inform that important conversation

 

The survey will remain open until Friday 28 September.

Please discuss with your staff before completing to ensure only one survey per school is completed.

 

It is critical that we are able to articulate the number of schools engaging in NCEA-level outdoor education and be able to talk about the value our programmes bring to student learning. The more schools that participate, the stronger our voice will be to advocate for and to inform the development of quality Outdoor Education in line with the NCEA Change Package.
